Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing routine system maintenance next week. Please review the schedule and expected impacts below:
- August 4th, 2026 | 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- System: Patching the DHCP and DNS server cluster.
- Impact: No downtime is expected.
- August 5th, 2026 | 12:01 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.
- System: Palo Alto Global Protect 440, enabling config sync
- Impact: No downtime is anticipated.
- August 5th | 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- System: PaperCut print job management software upgrade.
- Impact: There will be sporadic downtime for the WEBPRINT (webprint.colgate.edu) service, all other printing should not be affected.
